Registration Terms
By registering for the UFEZ Conference 2026, you agree to the following terms:
- Registration is subject to confirmation upon receipt of payment
- Early bird pricing ends January 31, 2026
- Name changes are allowed until February 10, 2026
- Photography and video recording may occur during the event
- UFEZ reserves the right to modify the program
- All payments are in Zambian Kwacha (K)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing before January 31, 2026 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds after this date.
Payment Terms
Payment must be completed within 7 days of registration. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of registration.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be used for conference administration and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Invoice Policy
An official invoice will be generated and emailed to you upon successful registration. Please quote the invoice number on all payments.
